| Black-throated Loon (Gavia arctica): Out of the two present on January at Eilat's lagoon, only the 1st winter bird remained and was last seen on the 3rd (S. Agmon). | |||||||||
| Sooty Shearwater (Puffinus griseus): 1 off Jaffa port, 05/Feb (B. Granit). | |||||||||
| Cory's Shearwater (Calonectris diomedea): 1 off Eilat's north beach, 03/Feb (S. Agmon). | |||||||||
| Bewick's Swan (Cygnus bewickii): 2 still present at Hefer Valley northern reservoire on the 10th. | |||||||||
| Smew (Mergellus albellus): 2 present since December at Bnei Israel reservoire, last seen on the 14th (Y. Perlman, A. Geffen, J. Meyrav). | |||||||||
| Black Vulture (Aegyptius monachus): 1 above the Hula nature reserve, 26/Jan (E. Vanunu). | |||||||||
| Black-shouldered Kite (Elanus caeruleus): 1 still present at Gal'on fields, Judean plains. | |||||||||

| Goshawk (Accipiter gentillis): 1 at Neve Ativ, Hermon, 19/Feb (R. Segali); 1, Hula Reflooded, 13/Feb (A. Geffen, F. Argyle). | |||||||||
| Saker (Falco cherrung): 1 near Hulda reservoir, Judean plains, 18/Feb (Y. Dax). | |||||||||
| Little Bustard (Tetrax tetrax): 11 at their regular wintering grounds near Bnei Israel reservoir, Golan heights, 14/Feb (Y. Perlman, A. Geffen, J. Meyrav); 17 at same location on the 21st (A. Cohen, B. Dvir, T. Kahn). | |||||||||
| Oystercatcher (Haematopus ostralegus): 2 off Eilat's north beach, 25/Feb (N. Weiss, T. Landsberger). | |||||||||
| White-tailed Lapwing (Vanellus leucurus): 2 at Ma'ayan Tzvi fish-ponds, 28/Feb (T. Landsberger). | |||||||||
| Mediterranean Gull (Larus melanocephalus): 1 at Hafets Haim reservoir, 10/Feb (E. Hadad). | |||||||||
| Common Gull (Larus canus): 1 off Eilat's north beach, 18/Feb (R. Livne, B. Granit, T. Landsberger); 1 at Ma'agan Michael shore on the 23rd (E. Vanunu). | |||||||||
| Striated Scopes Owl (Otus brucei): 1 near Be'er Ora, Arava, 01/Feb (N. Weiss); 1 at wadi Shahamon, Eilat, 01/Feb (N. Weiss). | |||||||||
| Hoopoe Lark (Alaemon alaudipes): 1 at HaMeishar, road 40, 18/Feb (R. Livne, B. Granit, T. Landsberger). | |||||||||
| Buff-belied Pipit (Anthus japonicus): 1 at Samar's turf field, Arava, 01/Feb onwards (N. Weiss); 1 near Lotan's cow-shed, Arava, 28/Feb (J. Meyrav); 1 at Yotvata's circular field, 28/Feb (J. Meyrav). | |||||||||
| Red-breasted Flycatcher (Ficedula parva): 1 over-wintering at Lotan's date plantation, Arava, 01/Feb onwards (N. Weiss). | |||||||||
